A Three-Room Apartment in Old North

Anid had an apartment in one the most desirable and quiet areas in the Old North neighborhood of Tel Aviv. After carefully checking together the paperwork on her property, we understood that there were several problematic issues about its registration that Anid had not been aware of. I explained to Anid the financial impact of these issues and we began to take care of them. The selling process was not easy. We had three unsuccessful negotiations. Anid was feeling pressured, as she had already purchased another flat. I continued to calm her, as I felt sure we would sell her apartment at the price we had advertised. And that’s what happened. The apartment was sold to a lovely buyer for 2.5% less than the price posted, which was balanced out by the registration problems we had at the beginning.

Look for an experienced agent who knows the real estate market and also knows how to soothe your anxieties when things get tense. I can confidently predict at what price the property will be sold because of my years in the field. If I tell you everything will be okay, you can believe me.
