What's the Story?
Mark was a charming young man, with fastidious refined taste who lived in a small apartment in Tel Aviv and wanted to upgrade. After a serious discussion to identify his needs, we went out to look at properties. At the end of the day, we had a long talk and I explained to him that what he wanted did not fit his budget. I recommended that he carefully figure out if he was willing to compromise and if so, on what. A few days later, Mark contacted me and said he could expand his budget. This, of course, opened new possibilities. The search was not simple, but in the end I found him a lovely apartment next to Habima.
